Your satisfaction is important to us! Healthy Steps Medical Supply will happily accept any unused therapeutic shoes within 30 days of delivery.
Complaint/Grievance Policy
Healthy Steps Medical Supply is committed to resolving your complaint or grievance and communicating back to you within seven (5) days. If you feel your complaint or grievance was not resolved to your satisfaction after the process is complete, feel free to contact Medicare at 1-800-MEDICARE or our accreditation organization, Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), at 1-919-785-1214.
